     My video card/driver failed on my maxisys pro this morning. Only had product since April 10, 2015. Last night i turned maxisys off and locked it in my toolbox like i do every day. I have never done a forced shut down on the unit, i have always shut down normally. this morning when i booted the tool up all i got was white lines scrolling up when scan tool fully booted i touched around on the screen and could hear the clicking noise it makes when you type on key board. i would try resetting the battery but don't want to void warranty by opening scan tool. bought off cornwell truck and got the guy working on it. Just wanted to see if any one else has had this issue, i can not afford to go with out scan tool. i rely on it every day to make money. Do not have an hdmi cable up here at work to see if it will work but i doubt it. looks like typical video card failure on regular desk top.

     I have the exact same problem. After a month of use. Send it out a month ago under warranty. And haven't received a new one yet.

    Today I called them and they say they haven't received it. Even though the tracking number showeds received two weeks ago.

    I will never buy another product from this people based on customer service. This is the third tool I buy from them including maxidas708,tpms tool and know the maxisyspro.

    GOOD LUCK GETTING A REPLACEMENT TOOL.

     I spoke to my Matco tool guy and he says Matco will stop carrying Autel Maxysis because of this same issue....They wont send a replacement unit for faulty one...THIS IS NOT GOOD!I checked the Matco site and I cant even find any Maxysis anymore.

     My buddy sent his scanner in to Autel and was told to send it to Long Island NY and to get insurance for the package for the full value of the scanner. He got an replacement in about a week. The Tracking number you have posted the destination is in Ohio.  Did you send it to the wrong address and did you get an RMA number.  If you did get insurance and UPS delivered to the wrong address then you need to call UPS for an insurance claim and not Autel.  I had several friends get warranty units from Autel and the replacements were all new.
